Who can take part

  • You have not received chemotherapy or targeted cancer drugs for advanced colorectal cancer before
  • Your colorectal cancer started in the left colon or rectum (not the right colon)
  • Your cancer has specific genetic markers (wild-type KRAS and NRAS, no BRAF V600E mutation)
  • You are 18–75 years old with a BMI between 18.5–30 and weight between 50–85 kg
  • You have not had major surgery in the past 4 weeks and have recovered from any surgery
  • You have not been treated with drugs targeting blood vessel growth or EGFR pathways before
