Who can take part

  • You are 55 years old or older
  • You are scheduled for elective total knee replacement surgery (not a revision or repeat surgery)
  • You can understand, speak, and read Turkish fluently
  • You do not have active infection at the time of enrollment
  • You are able to complete questionnaires and follow study instructions without significant cognitive or psychiatric limitations
  • You do not have severe vision or hearing loss that would prevent you from viewing images or hearing explanations
