  • Age between 18 and 65 years
  • Generally healthy with no serious heart or lung conditions (ASA status I or II)
  • Scheduled for elective lumbar spine surgery in prone position (lying face-down)
  • Planned to receive general anesthesia with total intravenous anesthesia
  • Body mass index under 30 kg/m²
  • No history of lung disease like COPD or severe asthma
