- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- If you have migraine, a neurologist has officially diagnosed it using standard criteria
- You score higher than 21 on a brief thinking and memory test (Montreal Cognitive Assessment)

- You are not currently taking psychiatric medications (such as antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs)
