Who can take part

  • Confirmed diagnosis of metastatic (spread) or unresectable gastric, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal adenocarcinoma
  • Your tumor must be HER2-negative (a genetic marker determined by biopsy)
  • Your cancer must have progressed after at least one prior treatment with chemotherapy, immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1), or claudin-18-targeted therapy
  • Good overall health and functional ability (ECOG score 0–1: able to carry out normal activities with minimal limitations)
  • Adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys working well enough for treatment)
  • No history of autoimmune disease, inflammatory bowel disease, or lung inflammation requiring steroids in the past 2 years
