Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of MPNST (a type of nerve tumor) that cannot be surgically removed
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called homozygous MTAP deletion, confirmed by genetic testing
  • Your tumor can be measured by CT or MRI scans to track how it responds to treatment
  • You are at least 12 years old and able to swallow tablets
  • Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidney) are close to normal or only mildly affected
  • You have recovered from side effects of any previous cancer treatments
