Who can take part

  • You must be older than 12 years and have a body surface area (a measure of your size) of at least 1.5 square meters.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of MPNST (malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor) that is either linked to NF1 or not, and it must have come back, spread, or be unable to be removed with surgery.
  • You must have had at least one prior chemotherapy treatment, or you must have declined chemotherapy.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must have good enough organ function, including blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function, as determined by blood tests and other evaluations.
  • You must have fully recovered from the side effects of any prior cancer treatments, meeting specific waiting periods (e.g., at least 2 weeks after chemotherapy, 4 weeks after immunotherapy, etc.).
