Who can take part

  • Your MPNST must be confirmed in lab testing to have PRC2 loss (or certain related gene changes).
  • Your tumor must be advanced and not removable by surgery, such as metastatic or unresectable cancer.
  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to take pills by mouth.
  • Your overall health should be fairly strong (ECOG 0 to 2).
  • Your scans must show measurable disease that can be tracked by the trial’s imaging rules.
  • Your blood and organ tests (kidney, liver, blood counts) must meet specific ranges.
