Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with primary aldosteronism (confirmed by your doctor)
- Your kidney function is adequate (eGFR ≥ 45)
- You can stop taking certain blood pressure medications (MRA or potassium-sparing diuretics) as directed by the study
- Your blood pressure medications have been stable for at least 4 weeks before starting the trial
- You have not had and do not plan to have adrenal gland surgery during the study
