Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) and have never received treatment for it
  • Your cancer is stage III or IV, or stage II with a large tumor mass
  • You are at least 18 years old and generally well enough for treatment (ECOG score 0–2)
  • You have adequate heart, lung, kidney, and liver function
  • You are willing to use birth control if you can become pregnant, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You cannot take certain other medications that interact with the study drugs
