SMARCA4/2 Inhibitor for Advanced Lung Cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced small cell lung cancer (SCLC) that has come back or grown after prior platinum-based chemotherapy
  • Your cancer cells must show high POU2F3 protein expression (>50%) on a special test (IHC staining)
  • You are generally healthy enough for treatment, with good organ and blood function
  • You have not had prior treatment with similar SMARCA4/2 inhibitor drugs
  • You can swallow pills and are willing to use contraception for 90 days after treatment ends
