Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Starting or within 4 weeks of beginning anti-PD-1 immunotherapy (a type of immune-boosting cancer drug) approved by the FDA
- Cancer that is not metastatic (spread to other parts of the body)
- Life expectancy of at least 12 months according to your doctor
- No recent bone fractures in the pelvis, hips, thighs, or spine
- Able to lie flat still for 20-25 minutes for bone density imaging (a painless scan)
