Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma (a blood cancer affecting plasma cells) according to standard medical criteria
- You have received 1–3 previous treatment regimens, each including either an anti-CD38 drug or lenalidomide for at least two cycles
- You have measurable disease (doctors can detect and measure your myeloma) during screening
- Your overall health status allows you to be fairly active, with little or no bed rest (ECOG score 0–1, or score 2 only if caused by myeloma pain)
- You do not have plasma cell leukemia or excessively high circulating plasma cells in your blood
- You do not have gastrointestinal problems that would prevent your body from absorbing oral medications, CNS (brain or spinal cord) disease, or non-secretory myeloma
