This study tests whether a program called "Mer Aktiv" (meaning "more active") can help adults in psychiatric care become more physically active and engaged in their community. You would attend group sessions twice a week focused on physical activity and social participation.

Who can take part
- You are currently receiving outpatient psychiatric care (regular appointments with a mental health provider)
- You are not currently working, in school, or in a work-rehabilitation program
- You exercise or do structured physical activity outside your home fewer than once per week
- You participate in organized leisure activities (clubs, classes, etc.) fewer than once per week
- You can walk on your own without help from another person
- You do not need an interpreter to communicate in Swedish
