Who can take part

  • Age 15 or older
  • Diagnosed with acute leukemia (AML, ALL, or MPAL) with specific genetic mutations (NPM1, KMT2A, or NUP98)
  • Already completed a stem cell transplant at least 30 days ago
  • Already taken a menin inhibitor for at least 2 weeks and are doing well (no leukemia relapse)
  • No uncontrolled infections, severe organ damage, or severe graft-versus-host disease
  • Can take oral medication by mouth without absorption problems
