Who can take part

  • You are 12 years or older and weigh at least 77 pounds (35 kg).
  • You have a type of acute leukemia (AML, ALL, or mixed) that is intermediate or high risk.
  • You have a specific gene change in your leukemia cells (like NPM1, KMT2A, or NUP98).
  • You have had a donor stem cell transplant 30 to 180 days ago, and you are in complete remission now.
  • Your blood counts have recovered (ANC ≥ 1.0, platelets ≥ 75) without needing transfusions or growth factors for at least 7 days.
  • You are not taking other maintenance therapies for your leukemia.
