- You work for the UK National Health Service (NHS) in any role
- You've completed at least 4 sessions of an 8-week mindfulness course (MBCT, MBCT-L, or MBSR) in the past
- You're not currently on sick leave
- You can attend the booster sessions at one of the scheduled times if selected
- You're not planning to start another full 8-week mindfulness course during the study
- Mindfulness practice hasn't caused you distress or discomfort in the past
