  • Diagnosed with major depressive disorder
  • Currently on a stable depression medication regimen for at least one month
  • No history of seizures, epilepsy, or serious brain conditions
  • No recent brain injury, stroke, or neurological disorders
  • Able to safely undergo MRI scans and receive brain stimulation treatment
  • Not allergic to d-cycloserine or dextromethorphan (study medications)
