Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (a connective-tissue disorder that causes joint flexibility)
- You experience wrist hypermobility (your wrist joints move more than normal, causing instability)
- You are 21 years old or older
- You are fluent in English
- You do not have sensitive skin that reacts badly to wrist braces or medical materials
- You are not currently pregnant
