Combination Cancer Drugs Before Surgery for Stomach Cancer

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma (a type of cancer) of the stomach or the junction where the stomach meets the esophagus (food pipe)
  • Your tumor shows the claudin 18.2 protein marker (a genetic feature) on at least 25% of cancer cells
  • Your cancer is advanced (stage T3-4 with lymph node involvement) but can be surgically removed with curative intent
  • Your cancer does NOT have the HER2 protein marker
  • You are in good overall health with good organ function and an expected lifespan of at least 12 months
  • You have not previously received targeted therapies against claudin 18.2
