Who can take part

  • You are a male football player between 18 and 35 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic hamstring strain (confirmed by ultrasound) lasting more than 3 months
  • Your hamstring injury is classified as mild or moderate (Grade I or II), not severe
  • You are currently playing in competitive football matches
  • Your BMI (body mass index) is between 21 and 25 kg/m²
  • You have never had dry needling treatment before and are not in another hamstring rehabilitation program
