Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Chest pain or similar symptoms suggesting heart artery problems
- CT heart scan (CCTA) showing moderate narrowing with at least 2 dangerous plaque features (soft plaque, abnormal shape, or tiny calcium spots)
- Healthy heart pumping strength (ejection fraction ≥35%)
- No severe kidney disease or dialysis
- Willing to take blood thinners for at least 1 year
