Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign consent
- You have stable coronary artery disease or a recent heart attack type (unstable angina, NSTEMI, or STEMI)
- You are scheduled for a clinically needed cardiac catheterization (heart cath)
- A visible artery narrowing is about 70% or more and is considered treatable with a stent
- Your planned stent procedure (PCI) is being done based on what the operator decides, but the main spot is not already planned for invasive pressure-style testing
- You do not have certain high-risk situations like left main artery blockage or prior bypass surgery to the target artery
