Who can take part
- You had ACL reconstruction using your own hamstring tendons (semitendinous and gracilis)
- Your knee can bend to at least 90 degrees
- This is your first ACL injury in the leg being treated
- You are not currently taking pain medications
- Your body mass index is between 20 and 30 kg/m²
- You do not have a pacemaker, heart condition, or nervous system disorder
