Who can take part

  • You had ACL reconstruction using your own hamstring tendons (semitendinous and gracilis)
  • Your knee can bend to at least 90 degrees
  • This is your first ACL injury in the leg being treated
  • You are not currently taking pain medications
  • Your body mass index is between 20 and 30 kg/m²
  • You do not have a pacemaker, heart condition, or nervous system disorder
