Who can take part

  • You have had surgery for a fully torn ACL (confirmed by exam and MRI)
  • You are between 16 and 40 years old
  • You are active enough to have a Tegner activity level of 4 or higher (e.g., jogging or more demanding sports)
  • You do not have other leg injuries, past knee surgeries, or leg fractures
  • You have no brain or nerve conditions, and have not had a head injury or head surgery in the past 6 months
