Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have episodic migraine (4–14 headache days per month) confirmed by a headache specialist
- Your migraine medication hasn't changed in the last 3 months and won't change during the study
- You speak German well enough to understand study procedures and answer questions
- You can commit to the study schedule and follow all study procedures
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
