Who can take part
- You have stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that hasn't been treated before and cannot be removed by surgery
- Your tumor has ALK fusion (a specific genetic change) confirmed by an approved lab test
- You are at least 18 years old and in good enough health to receive chemotherapy
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are adequate (lab tests within 14 days of starting)
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 90 days after
- You have not had any previous lung cancer treatment or other ALK-targeting drugs
