Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old when you sign consent
- Have stage IV ALK-rearranged lung adenocarcinoma that still persists after first-line alectinib
- Have at least one tumor spot that can be measured on imaging, and no target spot that was just treated with palliative radiation
- Be able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
- Have at least 3 months of expected time to live and enough blood counts and organ function for treatment
- Have tumor tissue available (or be willing to get a new biopsy) for testing
