  • You are over 45 years old and have had coronary artery bypass graft surgery
  • Your heart rhythms and vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate) are stable
  • You can think clearly and follow along with rehabilitation exercises
  • You are not currently pregnant
  • You have not had major heart or aortic surgery in the past 6 months
  • You do not have severe complications like unstable chest pain, dangerous heart rhythms, or shock
