Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You had surgery in the past 2 weeks to remove a herniated disc in your lower back
  • You are medically stable and cleared by your doctor to participate
  • You can understand instructions and commit to the rehabilitation program
  • You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical devices
  • You do not have severe neurological problems like progressive leg weakness or loss of bowel/bladder control
