Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with COPD (confirmed by a breathing test showing FEV1/FVC below 0.7)
- You are 40 years old or older
- You have not had a COPD flare-up in the past 3 months
- Your COPD medications have not changed in the past 3 weeks
- You do not require high levels of oxygen support (more than 6 liters at rest or 10 liters during activity)
- You have no serious heart or lung conditions, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, or pulmonary hypertension
