  • Age 22 or older
  • Diagnosed with chronic subdural hematoma (bleeding on brain, at least 10mm thick) causing symptoms
  • Brain imaging shows signs of chronic bleeding (not fresh injury)
  • Not pregnant (if female of childbearing age)
  • Able to attend all follow-up visits as required
  • No prior brain surgery or embolization on the affected side
