  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have never been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (high blood sugar)
  • You have never been diagnosed with high blood pressure
  • You receive care at an IMSS or IMSS-Bienestar health clinic
  • You can commit to a baseline visit and annual follow-up appointments for several years
  • You are able to walk for six minutes as part of the study assessments
