Yoga and Therapy Combined for Anxiety Disorder

  • Diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder (persistent worry) for at least the last year
  • Between 18 and 60 years old
  • Able to read and write Turkish
  • Not currently in another therapy or counseling program
  • Not regularly practicing yoga already
  • No serious medical conditions, psychosis, or other psychiatric diagnoses
