Who can take part
- Diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer (non-keratinizing type) confirmed by biopsy or cell sample
- Cancer is stage I–III and has not spread to distant organs (T1–4, N0–3, M0)
- Age 18–70 years old
- Good overall health and able to walk around with minimal assistance (ECOG score 0–1)
- Normal blood cell counts, liver, and kidney function
- No previous radiation therapy to the head and neck region
