Who can take part
- You have muscle-invasive bladder cancer that spread to lymph nodes or other organs (stage N1-3, M1, or T4b).
- You received 3–9 cycles of EV + pembrolizumab and your tumors shrank or disappeared (complete or partial response).
- You are able to have radiation therapy to the pelvis or to all cancer spots, or surgery to remove the bladder.
- If your cancer spread beyond the pelvis, you have 5 or fewer spots (each lymph node counts as a spot) and none in the brain.
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within safe limits, and you are generally healthy enough (ECOG 0-2).
- You are at least 18 years old and willing to use effective birth control if applicable.
