Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed by biopsy or cytology with MTAP loss (a specific genetic change)
- At least one prior line of chemotherapy or immunotherapy for advanced disease
- Good overall health status (ECOG performance 0–1, meaning you can do most normal activities)
- Adequate blood, liver, and kidney function based on recent lab tests
- If you can have children: willing to use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after
