Who can take part
- You've been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma and already tried at least three types of standard drugs (proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory agents, and anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies)
- Your doctor can identify measurable disease using blood or urine tests (such as M-protein or free light chains)
- You're able to care for yourself with minimal help (ECOG performance status 0–2)
- Your blood cell counts, liver, and kidney function are adequate to handle the trial drug
- You haven't had any other cancer in the past 3 years (except minor skin cancers or early cervical/breast cancer)
- Your heart is healthy with normal electrical activity and function
