Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have confirmed HIV-1 infection
- You have at least one serious opportunistic infection (such as CMV, PCP, cryptococcal meningitis, or TB) that hasn't improved after standard treatment
- Your immune cells show specific markers indicating they may respond to this treatment (high PD-1 expression or weak pathogen response)
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease or history of organ/stem cell transplant
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the trial and for 6 months after
- You agree to use reliable birth control and sign an informed consent form
