Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a low-flow vascular malformation (venous, lymphatic, capillary, or mixed) that either didn't respond to previous treatment or has come back
  • Your lesion is no larger than 25 cm (about 10 inches) in its longest part
  • You have no history of heavy bleomycin exposure (more than 100,000 IU total)
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or a woman/man of childbearing age without reliable contraception
  • You have healthy lung function and no acute lung infections or history of bleomycin-related lung damage
