Who can take part

  • You are scheduled to receive brachytherapy for prostate cancer OR cervical cancer
  • You do not have a Clostridium difficile infection (a serious bowel infection)
  • You do not have any other active, high-risk infection at the time of treatment
  • You are able to undergo the standard brachytherapy procedure with the added monitoring device
