  • You are between 35 and 60 years old
  • You have a desk job or sedentary work for at least the last 2 years
  • You can attend online sessions and complete surveys
  • You are not currently exercising regularly or are thinking about starting (not already active)
  • You do not have a serious chronic illness that limits your ability to move
  • You speak and read Croatian fluently
