Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • A doctor has diagnosed you with medial epicondylitis (inner elbow tendon inflammation)
  • Your elbow pain has lasted at least 6 weeks
  • You feel pain when you bend your wrist against resistance
  • You have tenderness on the inner side of your elbow bone
  • You have not had elbow surgery before and have not received a steroid injection in the past 3 months
