Who can take part

  • You’re an adult age 18 to 60 and can speak English
  • You’ve had inner elbow (medial) and front forearm pain for at least 6 weeks
  • You have not had physical therapy, massage, chiropractic care, or elbow injections in the past 6 months
  • Your pain matches an exam pattern for golfer’s elbow (tender spot near the inner elbow and pain with certain wrist and forearm movements)
  • You don’t have serious “red flag” health problems that make manual therapy unsafe
