Who can take part
- You’re age 18–75, and you can likely live more than 3 months
- Your cancer is advanced or has returned, and a recent test shows EphA2 is high (at least 20%)
- Your tumor must have a specific TP53 mutation (R273H, R175H, R248Q, or R249S) from the last 6 months
- You must be able to have new tissue collected (biopsy/lymph node sample) or provide stored tumor tissue
- Your blood counts and organ tests (liver, kidneys, bone marrow) must meet study thresholds
- You cannot have certain exclusions like TP53 germline (inherited) mutation or uncontrolled infections
