  • You are 60 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with intermediate or high-risk disease
  • Your AML previously responded to Venetoclax-based chemotherapy
  • You have a matched donor available (a relative matched at least 5/10 or an unrelated donor matched at least 8/10 for bone-marrow proteins)
  • Your heart, lungs, kidney, and liver function are adequate to tolerate the treatment
  • You are healthy enough overall to undergo stem-cell transplant (limited medical problems, good physical activity level)
