  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Live in France and be affiliated with a social security system
  • Speak and read French fluently
  • Sleep 6 hours or less on weekdays without feeling excessively sleepy during the day
  • Not have sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, or other diagnosed sleep disorders
  • Not take medications or use substances that affect sleep (like sleeping pills or antidepressants)
