New sleep analysis software compared to standard sleep test

This study compares a new computer software for analyzing sleep quality with the standard sleep test (polysomnography). You would spend two nights at a clinic while wearing monitoring equipment to help researchers see if the new software works as well as the traditional method.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have health insurance or social security coverage
  • You are able to spend two nights at a clinic and wear sleep monitoring equipment
  • You do not have an active infection (bacterial, fungal, or viral)
  • You are not pregnant
  • You do not take medications that affect sleep or alertness (like sleep aids, antidepressants, anxiety medication, or strong pain relievers)
