Who can take part
- You have had heart failure for at least 6 months.
- Your heart's pumping ability is severely reduced (measured as an ejection fraction of 35% or less).
- You have a regular heartbeat or certain types of atrial fibrillation, with a resting heart rate between 55 and 90 beats per minute.
- You have an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) for heart protection.
- You are already taking stable, guideline-recommended heart failure medications.
- You are not currently hospitalized for heart failure or have had major heart events recently.
