Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been newly diagnosed with primary plasma cell leukemia.
- You have measurable disease (e.g., a certain level of M-protein in your blood or urine).
- Your doctor has said you are healthy enough for high-dose chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant.
- Your cancer cells have the BCMA and GPRC5D proteins on their surface.
- Your liver and kidney function tests are within a safe range.
- You have not had prior treatment with a BCMA-targeted therapy or CAR-T therapy.
- You do not have active hepatitis B, C, or HIV infection.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have uncontrolled heart, lung, or brain problems.
